If you are an older adult in need of food assistance, the Alameda County Social Services Agency wants to make sure that you receive the nutritional assistance that you need to get through the COVID-19 pandemic healthy and safe.
The Alameda County Great Plates Delivered program has been extended to September 9, 2020! There is NO COST to qualifying older adults (see flyer) for this program. Applications are still being accepted from older adults residing in Alameda County.
Alameda County's Great Plates Delivered program supports older adults in need of food assistance during the COVID-19 crisis with home-delivered meals from area restaurants and vendors.
